Having experience more than 20 yrs in the same field is taking service head position in our company and four service engineers having 10 yrs experience in analytical instrument servicing are under his control.
Preventive maintenance are given on intervals of six months, unless otherwise specified by the customer. Included within the visits are the cleaning of the instrument, calibrations and verification of critical specifications to ensure that the instrument is in proper working order.
Work other than regular PM and calibrations such as repairs are performed upon request. For non-contract customers a quote must be issued after a preliminary diagnosis is made. Contracted clients that may already have repairs visits stipulated will be scheduled accordingly.
For quality assurance and after sales services, the department is well supported by application specialists and technical staff to support the customers with A-Z troubleshooting and technical assistance. Customer assurance and satisfaction is our number one priority so therefore we pay close attention to after sale services.
